Remember that these movements encourage the development of lean muscle, not size, and the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you’ll burn at rest and exercising – priceless in terms of losing fat.

It exploits and develops the strength of your core muscles (stomach, hips and lower back) bringing more control and explosive power to your movements.

We use a huge range of equipment and exercises which means variety and challenge, and less risk of boredom.

You share the cost of a highly expert coaches making superior training affordable.  For the average price of one personal training session per week, you can train 3 times per week!

Training time will be in the morning three days a week. The reason for this is simply to multiply your weight loss progress by training in the morning so that your metabolic burning of calories begins first thing and continues to burn throughout the day.

The Package consists of a 12 week programme, with 3 classes per week.

  • 1hr nutritional talk, on what to eat & the easy way to apply it to the Crossfit Women Program

This programme is for all women new to CrossFit regardless of current fitness or ability level. We’ll teach you fundamental exercises and movements that will set you up with solid CrossFit foundations and deliver amazing results.

CrossFit Women is a program designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping you in your comfort zone.

This program you will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by a committed group of women!

The programme starts with a paleo seminar led by your Crossfit Dublin coach. The Paleo Diet Seminar is designed to help you understand the powerful effect of food on health and fitness, and set you up with a meal plan so you leave ready to start a new way of eating to support your fitness programme.
